Data catalog allows the users to get an overview of data objects available, relations to other data assets, data lineage, and business glossary.
Data catalog consists of:
Objects tab for metadata object management by objects
Attributes tab for metadata object management by attributes (columns)
Glossary tab for business term management
Business rules tab for managing business rules
Free version
On the free version the catalog is restricted to dbt objects, their attributes and their dbt-derived lineage. The Objects and Attributes tabs are reachable read-only, but the surrounding catalog surface is paid:
